What this does: walks every already-filed memory on your account and re-files it under the current librarian rules. Useful after the librarian prompt has been hardened, or when you see entries landing in the wrong facet.

Scans up to 2000 memories per run. The job is idempotent — re-running it costs work but never corrupts data.
