Privacy & encryption
Encryption at rest
Stored on Railway's managed Postgres infrastructure. TLS in transit. Per-user database isolation. Not yet encrypted at rest by CE — on the roadmap. For data we literally cannot read on the server, mark it 💾 Local in Files (it never leaves your device).
Per-document privacy
Every document in Notes, Scribble, Brain Dumps, Tasks, and Playbook has a ☁️ Cloud / 💾 Local badge you can flip. Local docs stay on your device — your assistant still reads them locally, but they don't replicate to CE's cloud.
