Clear app cache
Removes the app's cached files — offline shell, generated images, cached API responses — and the service worker. Your saved keys, settings, and memories are untouched.
Reset to factory defaults
Resets this device's settings (assistant, chat, notifications) and removes your saved Voice API key. Also switches your account back to free Companion Energy — your saved BYOK keys stay connected on your account; unplug those individually in Brain Power. You stay signed in; your memories and cloud data are untouched.

Permanent and immediate. Deletes your account and all account data from our servers — Memory Bank, chat history, files, and content. The local copy on this device is wiped too. Anything saved on your other devices stays there until you clear them or uninstall the app — we can't reach a device remotely.

Open this on any computer or phone where you've used the app to wipe its local data (sign-in, locally-kept memories, offline cache). No sign-in needed — works even after deleting your account. Also reachable from the Helix help portal.
